The Menopause Map with Dr. Jillian Moehle

Are you curious about how your changing hormones affect your health?

Join us for a 4-part group visit series designed to help you better understand your hormones and take actionable steps to feel your best. This series will provide evidence-based education, practical tools, and an interactive space to explore hormonal health during midlife and beyond.

What to Expect:

Session 1: Overview of physiologic changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause. Deep dive into one of the most common symptoms: hot flashes! Identify actionable lifestyle strategies, such as diet, exercise, and stress management, to proactively support long-term health and wellness. Develop strategies to overcome barriers to lifestyle change.

Session 2: Dive deeper into the multifaceted roles of estrogen and progesterone. Understand how these hormones impact mood, sleep, and weight. Discuss how to proactively approach these symptoms from an evidence based and holistic perspective.

Session 3: Get a comprehensive overview of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Bust common myths, review the latest research, and discover how to optimize the benefits of lifestyle changes to feel your best.

Session 4: In depth discussion of the role that testosterone therapy plays in women’s health. Review the current research and guidelines, clinical indications, and safety.

Osteoporosis Prevention Group with Dr. Jillian Moehle

I’ll be offering a virtual 45-minute Osteoporosis Prevention group class designed for patients with an interest in staying proactive about their bone health.

The class will cover:

  • Lifestyle strategies for building and maintaining bone strength
  • The most effective types of exercise for bone health
  • Key nutritional and supplement recommendations
  • How DEXA and advanced lab monitoring can play a role in screening and prevention

Patients will leave with practical action steps, a personalized worksheet, and a stronger understanding of how to protect their bones long-term.

I plan to offer this over Zoom during lunch hour on the first Thursdays of the month between 12:20-1:15PM
