Waited a little longer than usual this morning for my blood draw. The lab tech was very nice but boy did the needle hurt going in and the entire time she was pulling blood. I don’t usually have an issue but today wasn’t one of those days.

I took my mom to see Dr Okuns. He was very compassionate and gentle with my mom in a difficult situation. I’m very appreciative of that. My mom was comfortable enough to say she’d like to continue to see him. He gave a lot of very useful information and advice. Dr. Okuns was careful to respect my moms dignity. Thank you!!

Absolutely LOVE Renee so much! Wish they would figure out their staffing issues though. I have been coming here for 25 plus years and there is never the same front desk person or phlebotomogist when I come. I have lost 5 doctors to turnover there over the years as well. Don't even think about leaving Renee.
