Jillian Moehle, ND, is a naturopathic primary care physician providing comprehensive, individualized care for adult patients. Her practice blends conventional primary care with functional medicine and lifestyle medicine to support foundational health—nutrition, movement, and prevention-focused habits that support long-term wellbeing.

She has a particular clinical focus on perimenopause and menopause care, cardiometabolic health, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). As a provider certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), she integrates research-supported, whole-person strategies to help patients navigate hormonal changes, reduce chronic disease risk, and feel their best through midlife and beyond.
