About Molly Strattan, CNM, FNP
With over two decades in practice, Molly Strattan, CNM, FNP, is a trusted leader in preventative care, focusing on women’s health and family medicine. Molly welcomes new and existing patients to Southwest Family Physicians in Tigard, Oregon.
While serving in the Peace Corps in Kenya, Molly gained a passion for health care when she saw firsthand how important access to medical care was to the foundation of a healthy community. When she returned to the US, Molly completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
Molly went to serve as a commissioned officer with the Department of Health and Human Services in Alaska, working as a pediatrics and obstetrics nurse. To pursue her dream of being a certified nurse midwife, Molly relocated to Oregon to attend Oregon Health & Sciences University (OHSU) in Portland. She earned her Master of Science with a specialty in nurse midwifery.
After joining Southwest Family Physicians in 1999 as a midwife providing obstetric, newborn, and women’s health care, Molly decided to further her education. She completed her post master’s certificate with a specialty in family practice from OHSU.
Molly retired from newborn deliveries in 2016, but she continues to provide comprehensive health care for families, from infants and children up through seniors. She also offers hormone therapy for postmenopausal women, men with low testosterone, and transgender adults.
Outside of the clinic, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Collin Stoll, LAc, who is the acupuncturist at our clinic. They have two daughters and like to stay active in the great outdoors anywhere on the beach or in the mountains. Molly enjoys music and the fabulous culinary scene the greater Portland area has to offer.
