
Dr. Dunbar entered medicine as a second career. She completed her undergraduate degree in Architecture at The University of Virginia and worked 10 years as a Project Manager in commercial and retail construction.
She attended medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, Family Medicine residency at Aurora St. Lukes in Wisconsin and completed her Sports Medicine fellowship at Rutgers and Princeton Universities. Due to her passion for preventative medicine she is also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine.
Her approach to patient care is to develop meaningful relationships that are focused on helping her patients create health and increasing their quality of life. She educates patients that centering their life around the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine is foundational to achieving and maintaining health and vitality.
