Southwest Family Physicians welcomes Teresa Moriarty, PA-C, to our team. A dedicated family medicine provider, Teresa brings experience in community health and a passion for meeting patients where they’re at.

About Teresa:

Teresa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Alabama before pursuing her medical career. She completed her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downersgrove, IL.

Prior to joining Southwest Family Physicians, Teresa provided care at a community health center in the Chicagoland area. Her experience working with limited resources sharpened her clinical problem-solving skills and deepened her commitment to patient-centered care. Teresa is proficient in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking patients.

Moving to the Pacific Northwest was a longtime dream for Teresa, and she’s thrilled to now call Portland home. Outside of the clinic, she loves hiking and traveling and is eager to explore all the trails Oregon has to offer."
